About Me

I’m Val (แวว)

yoga teacher. sound practitioner. tea facilitator.

Val's journey into yoga began with freediving, pranayama, and meditation since she was 17. What started as a healing journey grew into a deeper practice of self-discovery and a passion for sharing it with others.

Having lived in Japan, Val was also deeply influenced by the culture, way of life, and appreciation for mindfulness in everyday moments. From the beauty of simplicity to the intention behind small daily rituals, her time there helped shape her perspective on wellness — not simply as something we practice, but as something we can bring into the way we live.

As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and tea facilitator with additional trainings in anatomy, mobility, back-bending, hands-on-adjustment and more. Val brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to wellness. Her personal interests in nature, traveling, bouldering, music, and mindful living continue to shape the way she explores movement, balance, and connection.

Beyond the mat, Val is also a passionate tea enthusiast and educator with hands-on experience in tea tasting, blending, and workshops. For her, tea is more than a drink. It's a beautiful way to slow down, engage the senses, and practice being present. This philosophy naturally connects with her love for yoga and sound, inspiring experiences that bring movement, breath, sound, and tea together.

Val believes that wellness doesn't have to look or feel a certain way. Whether through yoga, sound, or tea, her intention is to create a welcoming space where people feel comfortable being themselves, exploring at their own pace, and taking a moment to simply pause and breathe.

Above all, she hopes to bring warmth, positive energy, and a genuine sense of connection to every experience she shares.

“Yoga is more than a practice on the mat. It is a way of living, of treating ourselves and others with compassion. The more peace we find within, the more peace we bring into the world.”
